may influence the decision to misuse drugs for recreational purposes.

Prevention & Intervention
Examines the basic elements
of drug education from a prevention perspective, with particular
emphasis on providing student-athletes with up-to-date information.
Students, athletes, coaches, psychologists, and health educators
discuss important issues related to self esteem, and techniques
related to coping and refusal skills as well as alternatives
